Pokemon makin' a come back?

So I noticed the increase in pokemon fanart on DA recently...

Why is it all of a sudden so popular again?? xD It's kinda epic!

I felt like a geek for pulling out pokemon yellow like... a month and a half ago, but then all of a sudden everyone is doing pokemon stuff... and it's like... original pokemon. Again... it's epic! XD

And also... I love the free skin feature right now! I need to find an epic one before the limited time offer is over.. xD
